If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our support team at Support@dogtreadmillpro.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Support@dogtreadmillpro.com with your order number and photos of the product.
We’ll quickly replace or refund your order — no hassle, no stress.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different model or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If more than 10 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or card issuer — and then reach out to us at Support@dogtreadmillpro.com so we can help you follow up.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as opened pet accessories or used treadmill units) may not be eligible for return unless they arrived defective.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just contact us before sending it back.
